During your stay at Las Cañas it is unlikely you will encounter problems with your apartment or the complex.

However should this occur your concerns will be dealt with in an efficient and caring manner by Judy Rae in the office. She is General Manager at Las Canas. She is American and has an excellent knowledge of Spanish. Judy Rae is resident on site. She and the maintenance team are committed to ensuring that things run smoothly for you.



Upon arrival keys are to be collected from the office.

 

An information booklet can be found in the apartment, this contains useful information, places to visit and emergency contact numbers.
