Rental Fees
Rental includes towels, sheets and maid service
once a week. Other arrangements for cleaning and laundry can be
made at your own expense via the office. Cleaning is at a cost
of $10.00 per service and laundry charges are available
inexpensively upon request.
Reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit of 50% of the first weeks rental.
A none-refundable deposit of $140 is required for all bookings please,to be sent by Paypal. Balance can be paid on arrival.
Please note that prices quoted are for the rental of the
apartment and not prices per person.*

1 week $275
2 weeks $375
3 weeks $475
4 weeks $575
5 weeks $675
The above prices include weekly cleaning and fresh bed
linen/towels.
Longer stays 6 weeks or more are $525 monthly plus utilities.
Rentals in excess of 1 month do
not include electricity, gas, cleaning or replacing bed
linen/towels. Your stay will include being supplied with towels
and bed linen upon arrival, and cleaning on exit from the
apartment.
*This apartment is suitable for two to three persons.
Apartment has an emperor size bed plus an airbed.
For more than three persons quotes are available on request.
